As I am sure that you understand, foreclosed properties are not always a bargain or the right fit for all buyers.  However, foreclosures do come in a wide range of sizes, locations and condition.  Some are close to being nearly new and others vary from need some work to needs a large amount of work.  One thing is usually true, buyers quickly snap up the most desirable properties.

Yes, there are a lot of Internet options to use for the search, and many allow an initial search without fee, but rarely are these fee based web sites as up to date as our local Multiple Listing Service (MLS).  Because these web sites contain outdated information, these searches often end up costing you time and service fees.
